The Garmin GT21-TH is a thru-hull CHIRP DownVü transducer with a 500W power rating. It operates in the 260 kHz and 455 kHz bands.
This model also acts as a conventional 600W non-CHIRP transducer at 50 kHz and 200 kHz.
A fairing is supplied and this can be cut to match the hull contours and deadrise to ensure the beam faces downwards.
